The Oxford University Global Challenge
  • Singlehandedly began a project called Mov-ability which aimed at improving the inclusive mobility of wheelchair users in developing countries.
  • Effectively recruited a team and together we won the regional competition for the Oxford Global Challenge.
  • The aim of our project was to bridge the gap between the challenges, the current situation and the future solutions. Our idea of bridging the gap adopts a holistic approach where the solution involves the traditional approach of the government and other organisations and the innovative approach of skills development which allows disabled people to be active actors in the process.
  • Went on to Oxford and finished as the top 14 groups out of 400 people with the most innovative and detailed mapping of a global issue and its solution.
